Here at Alex Lawrie Skoda we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and making sure that our customers are our number one priority. That’s why we were absolutely delighted when Skoda recognised this and awarded us the Silver Award in its Dealership of the Year awards three years running.The awards reflect the dealership’s position on Skoda UK’s balanced scorecard of overall Key Performance Indicators determined by the manufacturer. “To be awarded Silver three years running out of a network of 157 Retailers is a remarkable achievement, and I think that it demonstrates the high level of customer satisfaction that we have here at the dealership. Working as a team, the dealership staff consistently makes sure that keeping the customer happy is at the forefront of everything we do here at Alex Lawrie Skoda,” commented Alex Lawrie, Managing Director.

AFTERSALES RETAILER OF THE YEAR 2009

All too often dealerships believe that once a customer drives off in their new car, the main part of the dealership’s job is finished, but here at Alex Lawrie Skoda, we believe it’s just the start of a long term relationship. Looking after and maintaining your car, and making sure that the customer stays as happy with it as they were the day they bought it, is of paramount importance to everyone at Alex Lawrie Skoda. Skoda UK agreed with us, which is why we were awarded Aftersales Retailer of the Year in 2009. The award recognised excellence in Aftersales, as determined by a number of Skoda Key Performance Indicators. “We were absolutely delighted to have been awarded Aftersales Retailer of the Year. We know that we do everything we possibly can to keep our customers happy, and having Skoda UK acknowledges this with this award is simply the icing on the cake,” said Alex Lawrie, Managing Director.

USED CAR RETAILER OF THE YEAR 2010

Whenever a customer buys a car from Alex Lawrie Skoda, we want to make sure that they get the best possible buying experience. It’s all too easy to sometimes focus on the brand new cars that our customers buy from us, but we know that every customer is as important as the next, and that if someone buys a used car from us, we want to ensure they are having the same experience as those customers who are buying new.So we were delighted when Skoda awarded the dealership Used Car Retailer of the Year in 2010. The manufacturer looked for a number of key points when awarding this, including volume of used cars sold, and it is yet another exciting award to add to the growing collection in the dealership’s showroom cabinet!“To win another award is fantastic news for the team, and to win it for another element of the business is really important.
